CONVEYOR AREA

Clean areas with a conveyor system for transporting pallets loaded with various medical products. The system consists of roller conveyors, turntables and chain conveyors. The conveyor technology in the workplaces is made of stainless steel, as the conveyors in this area are cleaned daily with an alcohol-based disinfection solution. Another feature is that the individual sections of the conveyor are separated by special high-speed and fire gates due to the difference in air pressure.

BLOW CHAMBER

All sampling areas have independent entrances – a system of locks for personnel, automatic supply of raw materials / materials with the integration of a pallet conveyor and high-speed roller shutters, transfer chambers for auxiliary substances. Pallets with raw materials, materials, before entering the sampling area, undergo an automatic process of processing with a stream of pre-prepared, filtered air in a special blowing chamber. The direction and speed of the air flow in the chamber ensures the cleaning of the surfaces of the secondary packaging of raw materials.
