The transfer gate is a necessary equipment for a clean room. It is used to transfer small objects between clean area A and clean area B, and between clean area and unclean area. Contamination is minimized.
Cleanroom Pass-through Box made of stainless steel plate, smooth and clean.The double door interlocks with each other, effectively preventing cross-contamination. It is equipped with electronic or mechanical interlocks and equipped with an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp.
According to the principle of operation, the transfer gate can be divided into a walk-through air shower compartment, a conventional walk-through compartment and a laminar flow passage compartment. Various models of transfer gates can be produced according to current requirements.

- the airlock doors are made with a strong frame made of powder-coated aluminum profiles, stainless steel hinges, tempered safety glass viewing window, special rubber sealing and 90 degree swivel handle or cam mechanism.
- the gate has two doors (opposite or diagonally), which are interlocked (electrical interlocking). The standard is a “preferred opening” lock in which the corresponding opposite side is only locked when one of the doors is opened. Optionally, the hatch can be designed in a “preferred closed” version or provided with an adjustable closing time.
