Air lock, blow-off

Blow-off sluice – used for personnel and for the transfer of raw materials. In both cases, they ensure that unwanted dust particles are removed from surfaces before they enter the cleanroom.The air shower time can be adjusted from 0 to 99 seconds. In this way, the best level of air shower effect can be guaranteed, which completely guarantees a clean room.

Stainless steel air shower nozzles withstand frequent sterilizing and minimize particle shedding. Recessed design provides more clearance inside air shower and protects nozzle from collisions. Protruding design has smaller footprint and greater adjustability.

Air Showers SVS-ARTA are self-contained chambers installed strategically at entrances to cleanrooms and other controlled environments. They minimize particulate matter entering or exiting the clean space to mitigate the risk for cross-contamination.

Personnel and materials entering or exiting the controlled environment are “scrubbed” with ULPA-filtered air by high-velocity air jets running at 18-30 m/s (3543-5906 fpm). Contaminated air is then drawn through the base within the unit, filtered and recirculated.
