Cleanroom  construction, which are based on the control of cleanliness parameters, presupposes a professional approach, compliance with safety measures, and strict compliance with GMP norms and standards. A clean room is designed in the same way as any civilian facility. The main purpose is to minimize the risk of pollution, therefore, designers and builders take into account a number of essential features: minimal air leakage, quality and durable materials that comply technical standards, minute surface that is easy to clean and resistant to corrosive environments.


The organization of a sterile space requires the performer to:

  1. availability of specialized knowledge;
  2. work experience in a specific field;
  3. strict adherence to project documentation.

The next stage is the installation of objects sensitive to environmental pollution. Clean production areas are formed by sealed structures that prevent the penetration of pathogenic microflora into the interior. When the installation work is completed, tests are carried out before putting the plant into operation. This is necessary to ensure that the cleanroom is operating as planned and meets the specified cleanliness class.
